Customers can pay for bicycles in one payment, or they can spread them out. Currently there are no rules or automatic reminders. This transaction form lets you search either by customer or by bicycle to bring up associated transactions.
Transactions can be entered directly, or through the "Payment" button. This button automatically creates an entry to record payment of the amount due. If a lesser amount is to be paid, it can be entered on the pop-up form-reducing data entry to a few keystrokes.
When the bicycle is shipped to the customer, the amount due is automatically entered as a transaction and their balance due is increased.
Payments can be generated automatically by the data generator subsystem-including late and missing payments.
