First, thank you everyone for your support over the last few years. It has been a privilege to run this site and see all the interaction from those who use these books.

Now for some good news. This site is now a static web site that no longer requires any payment to get an account to access the books and materials. All the latest versions of the books and materials are free to access at any time by anyone. Simply select your book, find the information you need and download it. The license terms are still in place so please no reproductions of the books and materials and no posting them on different sites.

The instructor materials are still free to instructors and protected. Send me an email and we'll get you access.
