Install the base product (and employee data). Purchase any hardware or networks. Test printers. For Access, deployment could be easy. But it is probably worthwhile to convert to an MDE or ACCDE application so users cannot modify forms and reports. Then just copy the files and configure it to start automatically. It is a little more challenging if you need to add security features, but those are not covered until Chapter 10.
